Andrew Schliesske

Principal, Senior Litigation Technology Consultant

Andrew founded ARS Litigation Technology Consulting [ARSLTC] and has spent over 20 years focused on delivering precise, dependable trial technology support to attorneys across the country and globally. He began his career in the legal industry with inData Corporation, the authors of TrialDirector. Here he provided training to law firms and trial teams nationwide and served as one the company’s most requested National Trial Technology Consultants.

Over the years, he has developed deep experience in a wide range of complex litigation settings – from intellectual property and patent trials (including dozens of Markman hearings) to high-pressure criminal cases, murder trials, corporate contract disputes, liability matters, arbitrations, mock trials, and remote depositions.

As a seasoned hot seater, Andrew combines technical fluency with a calm, composed presence in both the war room and the courtroom. His attention to detail, ability to handle multiple deadline-driven tasks, and deep understanding of trial workflow make him an indispensable member of any litigation support team.

Andrew has a knack for helping attorneys present their case clearly, confidently, and without technical distractions. He has built deep expertise as a hot‑seater, delivering real‑time exhibit presentation and depo video playback with precision and discretion. Outside the courtroom, you can count on Andrew to oversee the database of exhibits, expert reports, depositions, and more.

Before entering the legal support field, Andrew built a deep foundation in the technology industry through hands-on roles in network administration, systems engineering, and enterprise infrastructure at companies including Motorola, Intel, Honeywell, America West Airlines, and US Airways. His experience spanned everything from desktop support, server administration, and project management to supporting large-scale technology rollouts across enterprise environments. That background gave him not just deep technical knowledge, but a sharp eye for troubleshooting and a calm, methodical approach under pressure—skills that continue to serve him in the courtroom today.

Andrew graduated from Southern Illinois University with a BS in Computer Science.
